Weedguy Media Productions is a media production company that was started by Charles Henry Schoonover. Charles Henry Schoonover, who is also known as Weedguy, began Weedguy Media Productions because he does not feel that the mainstream media is doing a good job, deliberately. In fact, Charles Henry Schoonover feels that the mainstream media is deliberately debasing the United States of America for political and religious reasons. The Collegiate Channel

I, Charles Henry Schoonover, am interested in starting a new television channel. The television channel that I am interested in starting is the Collegiate Channel. I propose to make the Collegiate Channel a television channel specific to the interests of college students across the country. The programming would involve informational shows that help students obtain financial aid, get legal help, study for classes, etc. The programming would include do-it-yourself shows that demonstrate how to make the most out of a small dorm room, and also cooking shows that demonstrate ways to eat well while cooking with a hot-plate.
It is my hope that the Collegiate Channel will be picked up by DirecTV and cable companies so that students all across the nation will have a channel that represents their unique interests.

Phil Gramm incriminates himself

Phil Gramm has NOT received an e-mail from me concerning Iraq. Phil Gramm's staff has my e-mail address filtered. All of my e-mails to Phil Gramm have been returned. This means that Phil Gramm's staff had a reason to filter my e-mail address. Yet the same staff sent me a letter from Phil Gramm that states that I sent him an e-mail (that I did send to other senators). Furthermore, this letter was received the very same day that a commercial featuring John Glenn, Bob Dole, and President Bush (Jr), with a lot of children, was deliberatly shown to me. The coordination of the commercial and the letter coroborate my consistant complaint that these same senators conspired against me in the 1980's after I uncovered evidence of their conspiracy to overthrow the U.S. Constitution. I demand that federal authorities make face to face contact with me to take my complaint against these senators and the federal law enforcement officials who have conspired with them.

Dallas is corrupt
November 5, 1997, Charles Henry Schoonover spoke to the Dallas City Council. Charles told the city council that he had witnessed the Dallas police department falsly arrest homeless people for public intoxication. The arrests were made to harrass the homeless. Charles, himself, was arrested for public intoxication, thrown into a drunk tank for most of the day, and then released with a ticket to appear in court to prove that he was not drunk. Ron Kirk, who was the mayor of Dallas at the time, deliberately attempted to prevent Charles from speaking. Charles believes that he has a very strong civil case against the city of Dallas.

Here is the documented proof that Charles Henry Schoonover has a urinary tract infection. The documents were given to Charles the last time that he was given incompetent medical care at Valley Baptist Medical Center. The date was January 21, 2001. Federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies have conspired to maintain the conditions that are preventing Charles from getting this urinary tract infection treated. Charles submits that it is cruel and unusual punishment to arrange circumstances that aggravate a known medical condition. Charles also submits that it is disingenuous for people (through the media) to imply that they are attempting to help. Nobody has cooperated with Charles to deal with his immediate needs.

President Bush claims to be a Bible believing Christian. Furthermore, people who claim to be Bible believing Christians helped to elect President Bush (Sr. and Jr.). A great deal of the support that Bible believing Christians gave to Bush (and the republican party in general) was motivated, in part, by their desire to end abortion. At least, I have never heard of any rank and file Christians protesting to bomb Iraq. But I have heard of rank and file Christians protesting to end abortions. Now that the republicans, led by President Bush, are in control of both houses of Congress, we can expect abortion to end, right? Well, maybe not.
I claim that President Bush is not a Bible believing Christian. I claim that President Bush has used the good intentions of Bible believing Christians to pursue goals that are contrary to the interests of Bible believing Christians. I claim that the Bible proves that President Bush is a liar. Furthermore, I claim that the Bible clearly states that Bible believing Christians need to keep their distance from President Bush.
"To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." (Isaiah 8:20, KJV) This quote from the Bible is a test that can be used to tell when a person is pretending to be a Bible believing Christian. This test states that if a person does not speak according to the law and the testimony then that person is not a Bible believing Christian. That person is a liar who is using the Lord's name for their own vain purposes.
"Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them." (Mathew 7:15 - 20, KJV) This quote from the Bible is a test that can also be used to tell when a person is pretending to be a Bible believing Christian. This test states that you can tell when a person is a wolf in sheep clothing by the results that their efforts produce.
I claim the two Bible tests mentioned above, prove that President Bush is not a Bible believing Christian. President Bush is a liar who is using the Lord's name for his own vain purposes and President Bush is a wolf in sheep's clothing who has been exposed by the results of his own efforts. The fact that President Bush is more interested in bombing Iraq than in saving unborn babies is strong evidence that supports my assertions.
"Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness? Or what harmony has Christ with Belial, or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever? Or what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; just as God said, 'I WILL DWELL IN THEM AND WALK AMONG THEM; AND I WILL BE THEIR GOD, AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE. Therefore, COME OUT FROM THEIR MIDST AND BE SEPARATE,' says the Lord.'AND DO NOT TOUCH WHAT IS UNCLEAN; And I will welcome you. And I will be a father to you, And you shall be sons and daughters to Me,' Says the Lord Almighty." (2 Cor 6:14 - 18, NASB) This quote from the Bible clearly warns Bible believing Christians not to give their support to people like President Bush. Bush cannot be a Bible believing Christian. Bush does not speak according to the law and the prophets. Bush is promoting an unjust war in Iraq while at the same time ignoring his pledge to Bible believing Christians to end abortion now. President Bush is a ravening wolf on the inside who has used the good intentions of Bible believing Christians. Bible believing Christians should believe the Bible and not give their support to President Bush.
What I want from Loma Linda

As I have stated many times before, my top priority is to travel to California so that I can check into the Loma Linda University Medical Center for 7 days and 7 nights. This is what I want from Loma Linda during my stay:
I want one senior physician to be in charge of my care while I stay at Loma Linda. I want this senior physician to manage a team of physicians who will completely check me out from head to toe. In addition to the physical checks, I want psychological testing, a dental exam, and an eye exam. I also want this same physician to manage the team of physicians who will administer the therapy(s) that I will need to completely restore my health. Finally, I will also want to participate in some kind of regular morning exercise program.
I believe that a full week of tests, therapy, exercise, nutritious meals, and restful sleep will be just the ticket to restore my health. In addition to this, I can conclusively determine if any foreign device(s) has been implanted in my body against my will.
With my health restored and the question of an implanted device(s) answered I will be able to hire a constitutional law professor to deal with my legal concerns. I will want the law professor to deal with my legal concerns the same way that the senior physician handled my physical concerns. That is, by managing the team of attorneys who will be prosecuting my many law suits against the various individuals and organizations who are responsible for the on-going attempt on my life. And also against anyone and everyone who has been invading my privacy on any level.
I believe (from reading the Loma Linda website) that certain individuals at Loma Linda are aware of my request to be treated by Loma Linda. While I cannot explain why these individuals have not made attempts to help me get to Loma Linda (which may cause Loma Linda some tax problems), I hope that these individuals will at least make preparations for my stay at Loma Linda by preparing my schedule for the 7 days and the 7 nights that I stay at Loma Linda.

The truth about homosexuals

Television Evangelists are beating the homosexual war drum again. (I do not watch them, but when you are channel surfing, how can you avoid them.) These war mongers claim that the Bible clearly teaches that having sex with a partner of the same sex is a sin that should never be condoned. However, the Bible does not teach that having sex with a partner of the same sex is a sin that should never be condoned.
The confusion (that appears to be deliberately created) is based on the interpretation of the word, "homosexual." The war mongers claim that the use of the word homosexual in the Bible means having sexual relations with a partner of the same sex. However, the Bible is speaking of people who only love themselves (one homo' sexual). The Bible is NOT speaking about people who have sexual relations with partners of the same sex.
Cain was the first homosexual. He could only love himself. Everything that he did and said was balanced against what was in it for himself. This is the spirit that drove the people of Sodom and Gomorrah, too. And the same spirit is still loose in our world today. Can't you just hear the voice of Cain saying, "Am I my brother's keeper," every time that these war mongers start beating their drums.
The only thing that God forbids his creation from doing is to manipulate circumstances to get what you want from others by seducing other people into sin. God requires His people to be honest with themselves and with other people. People have been given free will which necessarily means that people will make mistakes. God asks people to learn from their mistakes and move on with their life. God loves all of his children, and this includes people who have sexual relations with a partner of the same sex.

HBO's attention is unwanted

I would like to take a moment to make a clear statement about Home Box Office which is commonly known as HBO.
I have insisted and complained for years that HBO was electronically stalking me. I have even given specific examples of how illegal information was stolen from me for broadcast on HBO. I believe that HBO has been deliberately using their in-house productions such as "Sex in the City" and "The Soprano's" to create conditions that would cause my death. (Using suggestion and information about me to provoke person(s) around me to the point of causing my death).
One of the best examples of a productions that has been deliberately created to cause problems for me was the movie entitled, "The Mexican" featuring the star of the Soprano's in the lead role. I claim that this movie, Sex in the city, and the Soprano's have all used incriminating information that suggests a criminal conspiracy to commit murder and obstruct justice.
Let me clearly state that the attention of HBO is unwanted. I believe that their attention is a deliberate attempt on my life and I demand that it stop. I have no connection to the Soprano's, Sex in the City, or any other HBO production or promotion. It is my intention to continue my attempts to retain a law firm who will pursue all of my claims against HBO and everyone connected with the illegal activity at HBO.
The reason that I have taken the step of clearly stating my position on this matter is because HBO is deliberately attempting to provoke me and persons around me with the promotion of the Soprano's new season. I can assure the employees of HBO that I do not think that this is funny and I believe that if you (HBO) broadcast any HBO production that includes illegal information, or in any way attempts to use my personal information for any reason, I will pursue all options available to me to take out the guilty person(s). And I especially mean the executives, attorney's and investors of HBO.

My name is Charles Henry Schoonover and I would like to let KRGV know about a protest that I am beginning in the city of Harlingen. I will be protesting the Cameron County Sheriff's Office (in Harlingen), the Harlingen Police Department, and the Valley Morning Star Newspaper. I am accussing these law enforcement agencies of conspiring with Freedom Newspapers (Brownsville Herald, McAllen Monitor, and the VMS) to cover up a multiple muder here in South Texas.
In December of 2001, I went to the Harlingen office of the Cameron County Sheriffs Office and, while being threatened with arrest for attempting to report this crime, reported that I have knowledge of the murder of 5 teachers on the King Ranch. The 5 women were teachers who were on their way to a teachers conference and the murder was made to look like a car accident.
One of the 5 teachers was my neighbor when I was growing up. She is the reason that I know that this was a murder and why I know who committed the murder and why I know what the motive for the murder was.
Furthermore, while I was at the Sheriff's Office, I also complained that the Cameron County Sheriff is using my personal information that seems to be coming from the privacy of my own bedroom to harass, intimidate, and stir up third parties to cause me a considerable amount of grief. Channel 5 has been one of the vehicals that the sheriff has used in his attempt to intimidate me.
I hope that Channel 5 can cover my protest or, at least, contact me to learn more about this multiple murder and the persons who are covering it up.

I have not recieved an answer. Furthermore, I suspect both of these news organizations with participating with the coverup. They seem to imply by their refusal to report the story that they are not involved. Now that we all know the information that they have access too, if they still refuse to report it, this demonstrates to me that they are, in fact, participants in a multiple murder in South Texas and that they attempted to murder me to cover it up.

The main objective of these men and women is defined by the department's mission statement, "To protect life, property, the constitutional rights of individuals, and promote a feeling of security within the community through the prevention and deterrence of crime, and the apprehension of law offenders, while -providing total quality police service."
It will be my sworn testimony in the criminal and civil cases that I will be bringing against the city of Harlingen, the municipal court, the police department, and the Texas Department of Public Safety which certifies this police department that...
1. The Harlingen Police Department is an enforcement agency of an on-going criminal organization that is being coordinated by the Catholic Church.
2. The Harlingen Police Department, from their many chiefs on down to the patrol officers, have conspired to murder me, Charles Henry Schoonover.
3. The Harlingen Police Department has refused to protect my life, property, or my constitutional rights. Doing something about the weather

My name is Charles Henry Schoonover and I would like to be the President of the United States of America. As your President, I would like to do something about the weather. I would like for the government to create a satellite system like the GPS satellite system. Except, instead of the satellite system providing global positioning information, this satellite system would control the weather.
Each satellite in the system would include a huge, ultraviolet reflector that can surgically add heat to the atmosphere. Then, using a supercomputer that is getting real-time information from the national weather service, the government can reduce weather related damage by steering, and reducing the strength of, hurricanes, tornadoes, and thunderstorms.
This is one of the things that I want to do as your President.

It appears to me that there are people and organizations who are using the media to imply that they are helping me, or, at least, trying to help me. I would like to put an end to the confusion on this matter.
I, Charles Henry Schoonover, need immediate financial and legal assistance. The reason that I cannot meet my own needs is because federal, state, and local authorities are enforcing a catholic interdict against me. This is the only conclusion that I can come to after the numerous threats against me by these same law enforcement authorities everytime that I attempt to report the crimes against me that are preventing me from meeting my own financial and legal needs.
I believe that it is deceiptful at best for people to imply that they are trying to help me by doing even more of the things that I have been complaining about, namely, using my personal information to send veiled messages to me through the media. I believe that all attempts to use my personal information to send me veiled messages through the media is of a criminal nature that MUST be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
My immediate medical needs are that I continue to suffer from a persistant, documented, chronic urinary tract infection. This is aggrivated by the fact that I have lost a great deal of the use of both of my kidneys. I need immediate medical treatement at Loma Linda University Medical Center in California. I do NOT want to be forced into accepting inferiour treatement at any other institution. I also need immediate dental work and I have other less chronic conditions that need attention. Furthermore, I have complained for years that my wheelchair is in disrepair and it is uncomfortable. More than this, it is cruel and unusual punishment for the government to force me to endure a chronic urinary tract infection, which is what they are doing by refusing to meet with me face to face to take my numerous complaints. Finally, while the government is aggrivating my urinary tract infection, they have also arranged circumstances to prevent me from getting anymore medical marijuana. This is consistant with the governments pattern of aggrivating my medical condition to keep me from making noise.
If you would like to help me then please help me to raise the $20,000 that I need to fly to California so that I can get the immediate medical and legal attention that I need. The way to help me raise this money is to contact me, let me know that you are helping me, and then cooperating with me in the effort. Any other form of help, implicit or explicit, may result in criminal and civil charges being filed against all of the responsible parties who are fraudulently raising money on my behalf.
If you would like to help me in a spontaneous manner then you can stop me on the street and give me some medical marijauan or a few dollars to get some cigars. Little things can mean a lot when they are done face to face.

Mark Serrano, a board member of the Survivors' Network of those Abused by Priests, holds his childhood photo as he speaks at a news conference in Philadelphia, Thursday, Aug. 8, 2002, during the annual meeting of the Conference of Major Superiors of Men, a national membership organization for Catholic leaders of religious priests and brothers in the United States. He fears that keeping sex abusers away from children but in the priesthood and working for the church, even in administrative jobs, could put minors at risk. The mind reading device
I, Charles Henry Schoonover, have strong reason to believe that the picture above, of the device that was removed from the Keanu Reeves character in the movie, "The Matrix," is a good representation of the actual device that has been implanted in my own neck, against my will, to read my mind. I believe that the movie, "The Matrix" was produced in an attempt to manipulate me out of reporting the evidence that I have accumulated to support my suspicions. I believe that the FBI has used information obtained from this device in an attempt to stir up third parties to murder me with their motive being to cover up what I know and to destroy the evidence that is still in my neck. I believe that this is why the FBI is still refusing to meet with me and this is why the corrupt US Senate is covering for the FBI by putting on bullshit committee hearings into less important matters.

I was in Washington DC to report a possible multiple murder in South Texas but I was persecuted by the federal government which has the backing and protection of the corrupt U.S. Senate.
